
I've been been with Luke about six months strength training, he is an excellent trainer, has a lot of knowledge and adapts training plans to meet your individual goals. He regularly checks in to ensure you are on track with training plans and makes changes when necessary. I feel that during my time with Luke I have learnt so much more about improving lifting techniques and understanding how to train safely, he teaches in a clear and understandable way. He has made me see that I can reach my potential and keep pushing past my goals! Excellent trainer cannot recommend him enough.


Luke is an absolutely fantastic PT! As someone who’s always been too anxious to workout by myself, Luke has massively helped me overcome this mental barrier. He is always so patient and supportive, and has been helping me build by confidence, strength and skills in the gym over the past few months. He’s managed to make exercising an enjoyable experience for me and I always look forward to our weekly sessions. I could not recommended Luke enough!
